Ok, so the face is a little dramatic but I did make that face when my knee popped last week.
Which got me thinking a few things.
- Should I cancel my 10am LIVE Stretch on YouTube that I’ve been doing every Saturday? ( I couldn’t stand at the time)
- If I went forward with the Live Stretch session, would I look silly?
- What are some modifications that I can make so that I can still go ahead with the LIVE YouTube session
So with a little bit of Kinio tape and menthol rub down, I went ahead and taugh the class.
What muscle groups did I primary focus on:
- Shoulder Stretches
- Back Stretches
- Ham String
- Engaging the Core Muscles for Movement
